We have an amazing team of providers with a wide range of specialties ready to help educate and train anyone interested in the Medical, Dental or Behavioral Health field.

The MISSION of Ozarks Community Health Center is to provide greater access to quality, compassionate, and professional healthcare through our comprehensive health system and community partnerships.
We are a non profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves over 10K+ patients annually. We provide for the medically underserved areas and have everything you need to further your knowledge in any field you are studying. We have many different providers you can learn from and a background in serving the community.

Are you a GRADUATION SENIOR?
Every Spring we offer students to apply for our $1,000 Scholarship. Students that are entering into the Medical, Dental or Behavioral Health field are qualified. They must be attending a local area high school within the surround counties of Polk, Dallas, Hickory & Dade counties and submit their application by the end of February.
