The Patient Portal is now mobile friendly and is in English and Spanish. Use this guide for instructions on how to add a Patient Portal icon to your smartphone.

If you don’t already have access to the Patient Portal, you can complete a short form, and have extra access to your medical records. You will also have the extra benefits of:
